Thank you for shopping with Pin High Supply! We want to get your golf gear to you as quickly as possible.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — FREE on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

 

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99 flat rate.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@pinhighsupply.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
