At Pin High Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pinhighsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, worn, or are missing original packaging.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
